Training
Consejo recognizes the importance of continuing education for staff. As such, the agency sets aside $300 annually in training funds for each regular employee who has completed their probationary period. These employees are eligible to utilize these funds for professional training and development, educational programs, conferences and workshops that foster career growth and increase capacity for individual employees and the agency as a whole. Additionally, regular employees are offered up to five (5) work days or forty (40) hours of work for approved, paid educational leave every year to further develop specific skills related to their current position.
