Internships

Consejo offers internships to students from a number of local colleges and universities including the University of Washington, Seattle University, Antioch University and Bastyr University’s LEOS Program with courses of study in psychology and social work.

Consejo also works closely with the Seattle Summer Youth Employment Program where high school students are placed with our non-profit agency to develop job readiness, work training and professional interpersonal communication to enhance their resumes and provide them with opportunities for hands-on learning in the work place.

Local community colleges also work with our Human Resources staff to develop internship programs to meet their student requirements. Consejo welcomes opportunities for students to apply their skills and enthusiasm in our many areas of service provision and administration.
