Consejo’s Adult Geriatric Day Support serves elders and people living with disabilities. They include intensive rehabilitation of integrated and varied life skills, support and training. Consejo’s services include educating the client on physical health, emotional wellbeing, nutrition, money management, living arrangements and other life skills. Consejo’s recovery services focus on helping the client function at their highest level and re-integrating them back in the community. Consejo’s services assist clients in building new capacity, improving socialization skills and developing successful coping strategies.
